BSC House Rules

Our House Rules are established and enforced to help ensure guest safety while participating at BSC. It is each staff member’s responsibility to help enforce the rules and address any violations appropriately and immediately.

No Cleats In The Facility
Stick to flat-soled shoes, cross-trainers, or turf shoes.
No Playing With Sports Equipment Outside Of The Field Area
Keep balls and other sports equipment in their respective playing areas.
No Outside Food Or Drink Allowed In Facility At Any Time
Food and drinks are available at the concessions area and the various vending machines located throughout the facility.

Only WÄTER is allowed in the field areas.

Parking
Parking is permitted only in areas marked as parking spaces. Vehicles illegally parked will be towed at the owner’s expense. Handicap parking spaces are reserved only for vehicles that have proper handicap identification. All other vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Lost & Found
BSC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles. In order to recover lost items, please visit the front office. Lost water bottles, socks, towels and other frequently lost items will only be retained by BSC for a limited time.
Medical Emergencies
It is recommended that managers and coaches carry medical release forms, first aid kits and extra uniforms to each game. In the event that a parent/guardian cannot be reached in an emergency, BSC reserves the right to seek emergency care for the injured player, including ambulance assistance or hospital care, as maybe deemed necessary under the circumstances at that time.
Guest Behavior

Team managers are responsible for ensuring that individuals [including spectators] associated with their team observe all BSC rules, regulations, and policies.

BSC reserves the right to expel any individual or team from BSC property without refund for misconduct committed upon the premises.

Improper actions by spectators, coaches, and/or players may result in match suspension, termination, or forfeiture. Any individual may be ordered to leave BSC property at any time for any reason.

Prohibited Substances
  • Alcohol and tobacco products are prohibited on the facility grounds.
  • Gum, candy, and food are prohibited within athletic areas.
  • Glass containers are prohibited within athletic areas.
Prohibited Activities
  • No smoking in the facility.
  • Running, jogging, or any form of warm-up activity is prohibited outside the field area.
  • No rollertoys are allowed in the concourse, including: skateboards, rollerblades & rollershoes.
  • No changing in the concourse.
  • No balls or running in the concourse.
  • No pounding on glass.

Players/coaches/participants not following the above facility or program rules may be asked to leave at any time.

Please report any injuries, spills, outages, or other issues to facility management immediately.

 

Facility Rules

The Facility Rules are established and enforced to help ensure guest safety while participating at BSC. It is each staff member’s responsibility to help enforce the rules and address any violations appropriately and immediately.

Sports Facility Rental Policy
Payment in full will be due at the time of booking. The customer can give their credit card # over the telephone and it will be charged that day and an invoice will be created by us. If the customer cancels the reservation within one week of the scheduled reservation, a credit will be issued to the credit card used.
Batting Cage Rules
Use of this equipment and operations are dangerous and
may cause serious injury or death. Participants assume an
risks while using these facilities.

  • Helmets with facemasks must be worn at all times in batting cages by all batters under 15 years old.
  • No one under 6 years of age is permitted to use batting cages with active pitching machines.
  • All batters under age 15 must be supervised by an adult.
    You must be 18 or older to use/feed the pitching machines.
  • Close nets at all times when entering or exiting the cages.
  • No food or drink inside the batting cages.
  • Absolutely no “practice swinging” outside of the tunnels.
  • No switch hitting while machine is on.
  • Only one batter in cage/tunnel at a time.
  • Proper footwear must be worn at all times. No flip-flops or sandals.
  • Instructors/Coaches must be outside of tunnel or behind L-Screen during operation.
  • No person under the influence of drugs or alcohol is allowed to use the equipment.
  • Pitching machines may throw balls out of the strike zone.
  • Any equipment malfunction, damage to the batting cage area (including L-Screens), potential hazards or accidents/injuries must be reported to facility management immediately.
  • Machines must be turned OFF when catching/pitching in a tunnel.
  • Participants must be alert at all times.
Field Rules
  • Players, coaches, and program participants only allowed on fields
  • No cleats on the turf, please wear indoor soccer, turf, running, or other soft soled shoes
  • No spitting
  • No gum
  • No heavy equipment
  • Please use proper safety percussions and operating procedures to move sports equipment i.e. goals, benches, bleachers, screens, etc. When in doubt ask a BSC staff member for assistance
  • Report all injuries/issues to BSC staff immediately
  • Players/coaches/participants not following program rules may be asked to leave at any time

BSC Classes/Programs/Camps

How & When To Register
Registration opens 4 weeks prior to session start. Throughout the season, registration remains open dependent on availability. If you register after a session has begun, we will pro-rate the registration fees.
Membership Requirements
An annual membership is required for all participants in our program. The cost is $20 per individual, or $40 for a family and is a one-time annual fee that applies to all programs in the given year. See here for a list of BSC Member Benefits.
Refund Policy
All payments made to BSC are non-refundable unless a program is cancelled due to insufficient participation. No refunds will be issued if a participant misses a class or class is cancelled due to inclement weather. Make up classes are offered as a courtesy if space is available. Requests to cancel a registration must be made 2 weeks prior to start of the program. If any injury occurs outside of BSC and prohibits a participant from continuing in the program, a doctor’s note must be provided and a credit will be applied to the customer’s account. No payment refund will be issued.

BSC Events & Parties Policies

Our House Rules are established and enforced to help ensure guest safety while participating at BSC. It is each staff member’s responsibility to help enforce the rules and address any violations appropriately and immediately.

Deposit Required
All parties require a $100.00 deposit in order to secure the date and time.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, all party deposits will be 100% refundable/transferable should you need to cancel at least 5 days prior to the scheduled event. Please let us know of any food allergies at the time of booking. A head count is requested 5 days before your event.

Mandatory Waiver
Mandatory Waiver Policy: All guests are required to fill out a BSC waiver to participate in any activity at BSC. For guests that are under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must fill out a waiver. Waivers are available on our website and copies are available at our facility. We are unable to make exceptions, so please make sure to remind each party guest to complete a waiver prior to the day of the party.

BSC reserves the right to remove any guests or customers for failure to abide by the BSC Rules.
