We understand that schedules and circumstances can change. If you need to transfer your child to a different class or session within our baseball programs, we offer a flexible transfer policy to accommodate your needs.

Transfer Policy:

• Eligibility: Transfers are available for participants enrolled in any of our baseball programs, including Sandlot Sluggers and Pre-Travel Baseball. Transfers can be requested based on availability in the desired class or session.
• Requesting a Transfer: To initiate a transfer, please stop by the front desk or give us a phone call at (908) 203-1600.

At Branchburg Sports Complex, we understand the importance of flexibility in your schedule. Whether you’re exploring new programs through our Free Trial offer or making up a missed session, our policies are designed with your convenience in mind.

Make-Up Class Policy:

• Eligibility: Each child is entitled to one make-up class per season.
• Non-Transferable: Make-up credits cannot be carried over to future sessions. They are valid only within the current season.
• No Pro-Rating: Make-up credits cannot be used to adjust fees for future sessions or to receive a credit for a missed class.
• Offerings: We offer make-up classes as a courtesy, but please note that they are limited based on class availability and roster sizes.

To schedule a make-up class, please contact our front desk for availability 7 days or fewer to your intended make-up session.

Registration for our Baseball program is always open! Feel free to join us at any time throughout the season. However, no spaces in class are guaranteed without full payment and all registration is on a first-come first-served basis.

How to Register:

1. Browse Our Programs: Start by exploring our baseball classes to find the program that best suits your child’s age and skill level. We offer a variety of classes tailored to different age groups and developmental stages.
2. Select a Class: Once you’ve identified the right class, review the available schedules and choose the session that fits your family’s needs. Availability is updated regularly, so be sure to check for the most current information.
3. Complete the Registration Form: Click on the registration link provided for the selected class. You’ll be directed to our secure registration form where you can enter your child’s details, select additional options, and complete the enrollment process.
4. Payment: After completing your online profile, proceed to the payment section. We accept various payment methods to ensure a smooth and secure transaction.
5. Confirmation: Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details about your child’s class and any additional information required.

We recognize that schedules can change, and we want to ensure flexibility for our participants. To accommodate those who join a baseball session after it has started, we offer a pro-rating option.

• Pro-Rating Details: If you register for a baseball class that is already in progress, we will calculate the cost based on the remaining number of classes left in the session. This way, you only pay for the classes your child will attend.
• How It Works: When you register for a class mid-session, the pro-rated fee is automatically applied during the checkout process. This adjustment ensures a fair charge for the portion of the session your child will participate in.

Multiple Class Discount: Families enrolling more than one child in our programs are eligible for special discounts. This allows you to save while ensuring that all your children can participate in our programs.

Sibling Discount: If one child is enrolled in the baseball program, each additional sibling will receive a $15 discount on their enrollment for the same session, provided they are registered simultaneously. Siblings are defined as children residing in the same household under the care of the same parent or guardian.

Branchburg Sports Complex offers a Free Trial for any age-appropriate class to help you experience our programs before committing. Please note the following guidelines:

• The Free Trial applies to one class per program.
• Free Trials are intended for customers interested in trying a new program. A customer is not eligible if they have taken a class in the intended program in the past.
• You are not eligible for multiple Free Trials in different classes within the same program.
