KidVenture Summer Camp

Teacher, Military & Law Enforcement Camp Discounts
As a thank you for your service to this community, we’d like to extend a discount for your children attending KidVenture Summer Camp. To register with the Teacher, Military & Law Enforcement discount, please email camps@branchburgsports.com with a picture of your ID and the days/weeks of camp that you are looking to register for. This discount is not available online at this time.

You are welcome to pack a lunch for your child to bring to camp. Please note, half-day campers must be picked up by 12pm.

We do also offer a lunch option which can be purchased for an additional $6 per camper/day. This option includes a main course, a side, and a drink.

Campers will select their lunch during morning check-in from the following options:

Main Course: Chicken Nuggets, Pizza, Hot Dog, Soft Pretzel, or Mac & Cheese

Side: Goldfish, Fries, Applesauce, Gogurt, or Chips

Drink: Water, Apple Juice, Pink Lemonade, or Fruit Punch

Full day campers will be provided pizza on Friday’s at no additional cost.

AM Care runs from 8:00am to 9:00am, prior to camp. AM care can be added at time of registration or 24 hours in advance. The cost for AM care is $10 per child/per day.

PM Care runs from 4:00pm to 5:30pm. A snack and drink will be provided for campers in PM Care. The cost of PM care is $16 per child/per day.

All KidVenture Campers/Full Day Campers must be at least 5 years old by June 22nd, 2026 & entering K-7th grade in the Fall of 2026

Groups are formed based on age to ensure activities are appropriate for each group. If you have a specific request for your child to be with a friend, please let us know or leave a comment in the registration form. We will do our best to accommodate if they are within the same age, but we can not guarantee this due to the age-based grouping system and camp numbers. 

Please complete the medication form and email it to camps@branchburgsports.com or bring it into camp in the morning. Provide the medication to the check-in staff and please inform us whether the medication should go home daily or remain at camp for the week.

Parents stay in their cars while staff members greet children at the door. A drop-off and pick-up line is formed, drop-off is in the front of the building and pick-up is in the back of the building. If you need to come inside, please park beyond the pick-up line to avoid disrupting traffic flow. 

No cash is needed. However, if your child would like to purchase snacks or receive prizes in the arcade they should bring in extra cash in a labeled bag. 

A “Money Card” is a personalized card allowing your child to load money onto it. It is used to track tickets and redeem prizes. The card stays at camp and is distributed to the children during their arcade time in the afternoon. If your child does not have a money card, they will still be able to play in the arcade using a “Time Card” with time to play unlimited arcade games.
